We appreciated rooms with a king bed. The stuff was attentive and respectful all that time.

Staff is attentive and respectful, the hotel is comfy, close to shops and restaurants, and conveniently near the airport, plus it's just a mile away from The Humble Museum - perfect!

The bed was large, and the room was well-kept. And it included a big bathroom. It was short walk to international airport, the best TexMex restaurant in America, and a mall, the best location overall...

The staff here were respectful and helpful, always with a smile on their faces; the location is great, just a short walk from the airport and close to shopping areas, restaurants, and the mall - plus, Shipley Donuts nearby is a good spot for tea or coffee.

I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn in Houston for three nights. The room exceeded my expectations, with great cleanliness and a quiet location away from smoking areas. I was also pleased that my pet-friendly room remained fresh and clean, despite previous guests' pets.

I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean. The rooms are a decent size. The staff is helpful. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Convenient amenities like a TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Great location near top Tex-Mex restaurant, Houston, and a mall. A very nice stay for a business trip.

I am a coach and brought a team for a cross country meet. My cusiness manager had reserved the room in advance, and had even called to confirm that the room had been payed for. We didnt get there until 3am and the man at the front desk said the room had not been paid for (and was very rude about it). It took about 30 minutes to check in and I had to pay using my personal debit card. My phone worked half the time. The breakfast was horrible. Overall I was completely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn in Houston for a few nights and I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect, with a shuttle to the airport and close to the mall and great restaurants. The one-man show who drove us to the airport was on time and efficient.

Despite a few minor issues, I do recommend this hotel.

The van service and proximity to the airport were our only criteria. We were a group whose international flight change required us to arrive in Houston a day early, and we were looking for a cheap sleep with transpo to the airport. The hotel staff helped us find a restaurant in walking distance, though the walk was a bit soggy and not so pleasant. The dining recommendation was great, though!

I'm gluten intolerant, and the breakfast menu didn't have a single item, (even rice krispies) that were gluten-free, nor any protein.
